Fall 2009 RETA Webinar Series

Connect! Your PLN Lab

Join the Conversation

The RETA Webinars team is interested in sparking conversation that highlights the diverse approaches taken by learners who embrace multiple social networks and online services to extend learning.

Explore with us how Personal Learning Networks (PLN) add value to our personal and professional lives. From tools and strategies to perspectives and philosophies,  we're opening up a lab for sharing this conversation across synchronous, asynchronous, and ambisynchronous formats.

Our unique approach for Connect! Your PLN Lab combines highly interactive webinars and hands-on challenge activities to provide you with an engaging learning experience focused on helping you maximize the potential of your PLN.

Two Ways to Participate

Connect!

We invite you to connect with us and everyone participating in the webinars and challenge activities. There are several ways to do this:

  1. Join Twitter or our FriendFeed group. (or both).  These are the two primary means we have of making sure we can connect even though we're all in many different networks.
  2. Create a profile page on this wiki.
    • name your new page with your name and add it to the Profiles folder. See the examples from Holly Rae and Bethany.
  3. Participate in any of our other networks.
